St. Patrick Catholic School in Brighton, Michigan is seeking an energetic and dynamic teacher to teach Middle School Math for the 2024-2025 school year. The successful candidate would be responsible for the planning and implementation of instruction in our 7th (pre-algebra) and 8th grade (algebra) math programs.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in education and possess a valid current Michigan teaching certificate with an endorsement in Mathematics (EX). Catechetical Certification, criminal background check and participation in the VIRTUS program will be required.
The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic, and has a passion for the teaching vocation and sharing their Catholic faith with their students. The candidate is able to provide and maintain an orderly classroom environment, is excited to positively collaborate with colleagues, and is committed to consistent, effective communication with parents and is willing to perform other duties as instructed by administration.
